CRS’ template for developing a teaming agreement, a proposal-specific agreement that governs the relationship between organizations during proposal development, submission and negotiations with the donor, particularly related to the roles and responsibilities of each party, confidentiality, exclusivity, and non-competition. The TA can be signed at any point during partnership discussions, including pre-solicitation, with certain clauses being applicable only after a funding opportunity is released by a donor.
