Projects are at the core of Catholic Relief Services’ mission to support vulnerable people around the world to meet their basic needs and positively transform their lives. The CRS project management standards support high-quality management of emergency and development projects across the agency.
CRS owns and manages the Compass website which guides staff and partners through the 18 project management standards, which are organized around four phases in the CRS project management cycle.

There is a contact form on the homepage of the Compass website for you to reach out to us with questions or comments. In addition, there is a feedback form accessed via a button on the sticky bar located on most pages of the website. The feedback form allows you to reach out with comments (such as errors or broken links you might find on the website), suggestions (on missing information we could add to a page), or specific questions or resource needs.

The Compass website collects your first name, last name, email address, position, and organization (for those submitting feedback on the website or using a contact form to reach out to the website owners).

Your personal data is stored in a protected database that is hosted on one of our online secured servers. For your online security, we use industry-standard encryption technologies when receiving your personal data and responding to you. And we have security measures in place to protect against loss, misuse, or alteration of information that we have collected from you.

Right to be Forgotten
Upon request we will delete your personal data from our systems, to the extent that we are permitted to by law or regulatory guidelines.
Subject Access Requests
You have the right to request a copy of the personal information we hold about you. We will provide this as soon as possible, and within a month unless there are specific reasons why this would not be possible. We will always let you know if this is likely to be the case.
Checking your identity
To protect the confidentiality of your information, we will ask you to verify your identity before proceeding with any request you make under this Privacy Notice. If you have authorized a third party to submit a request on your behalf, we will ask them to prove they have your permission to act.
